To meet our growth goals, we are seeking a Sheetmetal Foreman to join our team. This position is a leadership role, responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily activities of a 2–7-person crew. The Sheetmetal Foreman will focus primarily on HVAC systems with an emphasis on ductwork. Key Responsibilities • Supervise, coordinate, and lead crews on sheet metal and ductwork installations. • Oversee daily activities to ensure quality, safety, and project timelines are met. • Make plans and estimates for labor, materials, and tools needed for each job. • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project leadership. • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and project requirements. • Travel 100% of the time to work sites throughout the DMV area. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in ductwork or sheetmetal installations. • Proven experience leading and supervising crews. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions on-site. • OSHA 10 certification (required). • Valid driver's license. • High School Diploma or equivalent (required). • Technical school certificate or completed apprenticeship (preferred). Sheet Metal Mechanic
