About the Role: • Cut, form, and burn lead to various mechanical components with precision and accuracy. • Understand and follow engineering drawings and instructions of moderate complexity to complete lead forming operations efficiently. • Perform tasks such as cutting, burning, and forming of lead as required, utilizing hand and power tools, shears, brakes, and band saws. • Participate in other varied mechanical assembly tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. • Train and mentor other employees in lead forming operations when required.
