The role is currently in the underground phase, with a transition to rough-in and finish phases upon completion. You will be engaged in commercial and multi-apartment plumbing work. Responsibilities • Install duct work and piping in commercial and multi-apartment buildings. • Read and interpret blueprints effectively. • Lead and work independently as well as collaboratively with a crew. • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures. • Utilize own hand and power tools along with personal protective equipment. Essential Skills • Proven experience in commercial and multi-apartment plumbing. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Strong leadership skills. • Capability to work independently and within a team. • Understanding of safety regulations. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in commercial construction and sheet metal installation. • Familiarity with duct work installation, rough-ins, and new construction. • Possession of own hand and power tools along with personal protective equipment.
