This position is responsible for providing top quality production of all types of Heavy Commercial HVAC ductwork in a timely and safe manner. Brand new, state of the art sheet metal shop, running at the correct speed to meet customer needs and company goals. Company Benefits • Medical, Dental Vision, and Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • 401K with Company Match • Continuous Training Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Perform quality sheet metal production of all types of HVAC ductwork; round, spiral, square. • Work on various machines during the production stages of duct. • Wear proper PPE at all times and comply with all safety standards and processes. • Identify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business. Skills • Excellent productivity and quality of work product. • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals. • One or more years experience in a production environment and/or working on equipment or machines. • Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
