This position works closely with the Sheet Metal Superintendent and Project Management team to coordinate field crews, monitor installation quality, track materials, and ensure schedules are met. This is a hands-on leadership development opportunity for someone with strong sheet metal experience who's ready to take the next step toward a supervisory role. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Sheet Metal Superintendent with the daily coordination of field installation crews on commercial and industrial projects • Ensure ductwork and sheet metal installations meet plans, specifications, and SMACNA standards • Support scheduling and manpower planning to meet project deadlines • Conduct site walks to monitor quality, safety, and progress • Work with the fabrication shop to confirm material readiness, delivery schedules, and installation sequences • Verify dimensions, layouts, and material lists from drawings before fabrication • Assist with material tracking, tool management, and job site deliveries • Support inventory control and documentation for materials and equipment • Lead by example with professionalism, safety awareness, and a work ethic • Provide directions to apprentices and field technicians under the superintendent's guidance • Maintain strong communication between the shop, field, and project management teams • Support safety meetings, project planning sessions, and job site reporting Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or installation, ideally in commercial or industrial HVAC settings • Strong understanding of duct fabrication, installation methods, and SMACNA standards • Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and mechanical plans • Excellent organization and time management skills • Strong communication and leadership potential • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Overview We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Machine Programmer to join our fabrication team. This role focuses on creating accurate CNC programs for laser cutting, punching, tube laser, and bending machines using Trumpf TruTops Boost. Candidates should be skilled in reading engineering drawings, selecting proper tooling, and determining optimal bend sequences. A strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and material optimization is essential. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems and a sharp eye for detail. Sheet Metal Technician FULL-TIME Opportunity in Dallas, TX • Starting Salary: $63,960 - $93,288 annually The Sheet Metal Technician is responsible for repairs and alterations to all metal and composite structures and maintains Repair Station work orders for work completed. They also review the work scope to ensure all repairs and alterations are performed correctly and on schedule. Minimum Required Qualifications • Four (4) years of experience in sheet metal installation and fabrication. • Maintenance experience related specifically to sheet metal products • Proven working knowledge and experience in ability to read and interpret blue prints accurately • Ability to troubleshoot service issues with systematic, thoughtful, timely and effective solutions and procedures • Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment • Experience in providing quality, professional customer-related services • Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment • Ability to work independently in commercial and construction settings.
