Foreman - Sheet Metal

TITLE: Foreman – Sheet Metal I JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Sheet Metal Foreman I will report directly to the Project Superintendent and will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sheet Metal Technicians to deliver exceptional quality and customer service to our clients. The Sheet Metal Foreman will be closely working with leadership to understand the goals and direction of the company and lead their team to generate profits. • Develop solutions to make sure issues never become problems. • Reviews projects with Superintendent and/or Project Manager after equipment and subs are procured. • Does physical survey of project with the Superintendent to ascertain conditions and reports back to PM in writing, if required. • Does takeoffs for projects in a timely and thorough manner with the Superintendent. • Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions to include, but not limited to, scheduling, material control, and rentals. • Provide daily job completion percentages. • Assures all site personnel comply with project procedures, safety requirements, company policies and other requirements as they occur. Documents all incidents as they occur and notifies Project Manager and Superintendent. Recommends and implements corrective action. • Responsible for assuring that all jobs have weekly reports filled and turned into the office weekly. This is to include safety / toolbox reports, preconstruction, weekly production report and any project specific reports. • Conducts inspections on jobs, assures jobs are detailed to Pueblo Mechanical standards, assures jobs are ready, and participates as needed, in start-ups and coordinates as needed with contractors, engineers, subcontractors and owners as necessary. • Coordinates with shop for production scheduling and deliveries. • 4 plus years’ experience; journeyman or able to obtain license. • Able to read blueprints and prepare materials lists. • Work to increase Team efficiency and uphold high standards of safety at all times. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be self-motivated and punctual. • Must be able to multi-task and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally. • Must be professional in appearance and speech. • Experience with government facilities a plus. Sheet Metal Technician - San Marcos, TX

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician reports to the Crew Chief for assignment of work scope tasks and is responsible for the efficient execution of work scope tasks assigned. The AMT performs tasks as required by the work scope efficiency and to quality standards and utilizes the applicable technical data relative to tasks performed including but not limited to maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair and modifications and fueling and de-fueling. Requirements: • Level A Sheetmetal Technician, preferably someone with Cessna work showing on their resume • Level B or higher Technician, C9 @type aircraft • High school diploma or equivalent. FAA Mechanics Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant Rating. • Minimum 5 (five) years experience in Corporate Jet and/or Business Jet maintenance environment, preferably on Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Hawker Beechcraft, Embraer, etc.. • APU Operation qualified. • Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics. • Lift up to 50 lbs. • Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, and cleaning solvents. • Work and bend in a confined work space. • Must have the manual dexterity required for the technician. • Must be able to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs. Additional Desired Qualifications: • Knowledgeable and experienced in using computers and aircraft software. • FAA Inspection Authorization. • Successful completion of at least one (1) Maintenance School is a plus. • Engine Run and Taxi qualified on business jet aircraft, preferably on Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Hawker Beechcraft, Embraer, etc. aircraft is a plus.
