CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a hands-on HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead crews on a multi-story hospital project in Uvalde, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC tradesman who can run jobs in the field, coordinate with general contractors and other trades, and keep projects on time and up to code. We’re looking for leaders, not managers — someone who can jump in and work alongside their crew while still running the job with professionalism and precision.
