A Sheet Metal Technician II fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs all types of HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment but still requires some assistance and is supervised by a Technician III or above. • In-depth knowledge of dry-side commercial applications and design. • Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair all types of HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment. • Document work by completing paperwork and backup documentation. • Uphold high standards of safety at all times. • Involves lifting and moving heavy materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes and other activities as needed. Sheet Metal Technician III This position has 5 or more years of experience and is considered to have mastery knowledge of sheet metal and dry side HVAC applications and design. A Sheet Metal Technician III fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs all types of HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment. Technician III also performs equipment startups and check outs. • In-depth knowledge of dry-side commercial applications and design. • Fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs all types of HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment. • Works under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems. • Documents work by completing paperwork and backup documentation. • OSHA training; upholds and mentors a high standard of safety at all times. • Experience with blueprint reading and layout. • Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. • May act as a lead or first-level supervisor. • Involves lifting and moving heavy materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes and other activities as needed. Foreman - Sheet Metal

TITLE: Foreman – Sheet Metal I JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Sheet Metal Foreman I will report directly to the Project Superintendent and will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sheet Metal Technicians to deliver exceptional quality and customer service to our clients. The Sheet Metal Foreman will be closely working with leadership to understand the goals and direction of the company and lead their team to generate profits. • Develop solutions to make sure issues never become problems. • Reviews projects with Superintendent and/or Project Manager after equipment and subs are procured. • Does physical survey of project with the Superintendent to ascertain conditions and reports back to PM in writing, if required. • Does takeoffs for projects in a timely and thorough manner with the Superintendent. • Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions to include, but not limited to, scheduling, material control, and rentals. • Provide daily job completion percentages. • Assures all site personnel comply with project procedures, safety requirements, company policies and other requirements as they occur. Documents all incidents as they occur and notifies Project Manager and Superintendent. Recommends and implements corrective action. • Responsible for assuring that all jobs have weekly reports filled and turned into the office weekly. This is to include safety / toolbox reports, preconstruction, weekly production report and any project specific reports. • Conducts inspections on jobs, assures jobs are detailed to Pueblo Mechanical standards, assures jobs are ready, and participates as needed, in start-ups and coordinates as needed with contractors, engineers, subcontractors and owners as necessary. • Coordinates with shop for production scheduling and deliveries. • 4 plus years’ experience; journeyman or able to obtain license. • Able to read blueprints and prepare materials lists. • Work to increase Team efficiency and uphold high standards of safety at all times. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be self-motivated and punctual. • Must be able to multi-task and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally. • Must be professional in appearance and speech. • Experience with government facilities a plus. Sheet Metal Technician I

TITLE: Sheet Metal Technician IREPORTS TO: Foreman - Sheet MetalJOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:This is an entry level laborer position that has limited to no experience or knowledge in the HVAC industry or sheet metal install. This position is responsible for the less technical work on the job site such as assisting in the fabrication, assembly, installation and repair of all HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the site. General site clean-up. General knowledge of dry-side commercial applications and design preferred but not required. May assist, under direct and guided supervision, in the fabrication, assembly, install, and repair of all types of HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment. Ability to document work by completing paperwork and backup documentation. 1 to 3 years' experience in the construction industry. Adheres to safety requirements at all times. Work to increase personal growth and knowledge of dry-side HVAC applications. Self-starter, high energy level and possess physical stamina. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Involves lifting and moving heavy materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes and other activities in a helping or assisting mode. THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION.Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour
