TITLE: Sheet Metal Technician IREPORTS TO: Foreman - Sheet MetalJOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:This is an entry level laborer position that has limited to no experience or knowledge in the HVAC industry or sheet metal install. This position is responsible for the less technical work on the job site such as assisting in the fabrication, assembly, installation and repair of all HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the site. General site clean-up. General knowledge of dry-side commercial applications and design preferred but not required. May assist, under direct and guided supervision, in the fabrication, assembly, install, and repair of all types of HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment. Ability to document work by completing paperwork and backup documentation. 1 to 3 years' experience in the construction industry. Adheres to safety requirements at all times. Work to increase personal growth and knowledge of dry-side HVAC applications. Self-starter, high energy level and possess physical stamina. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Involves lifting and moving heavy materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes and other activities in a helping or assisting mode.
