Job Summary As Production Supervisor, you will drive efficiency across our production operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll partner with multiple departments to coordinate every stage of production, from planning and preventive maintenance to training and shipment facilitation, contributing to streamlined workflows and enhanced quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the Production Coordinator to develop and implement detailed production schedules. • Maintain open communication across departments to ensure seamless material and resource availability. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team, tracking production progress and proactively addressing delays or quality concerns to keep projects on schedule. • Review and validate fabrication workshop drawings and work orders for accuracy. • Maintain thorough production documentation to support quality assurance and industry compliance. • Collaborate with procurement to secure materials and maintain uninterrupted production flow. • Assist with staff hiring, onboarding, and training as needed. • Drive process improvements to boost productivity and product excellence. • Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations. • Provide hands-on support during production operations, as necessary. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience as a Production Coordinator/ Supervisor, or similar role. • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-department collaboration. • Proficiency in production planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing. • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes is highly desirable. Preferred Skills • Hands-on experience with mechanical tools and equipment. • CNC programming for cutting and folding machinery • Working experience with components of process engineering. • Forklift certification is a plus.
