As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator Location: Johnstown, PA Pay Range: $13 Shift: Multiple shifts available: 5a-3p, 7a-5p (paint), 6a-4p (laborers). Must be open to all shifts based on client needs. What's the Job? • Operate a brake press machine and other equipment to support production processes. • Set up and operate a press brake to bend, form, and shape metal according to blueprints and specifications. • Inspect raw materials and finished parts to ensure quality standards are met. • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation. • Assist across departments with tasks such as assembly, sanding, painting, packing, and quality control. What's Needed? • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. • Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Basic math and measurement skills. • High School Diploma or GED (preferred); previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
