Production Sheet Metal Worker

About the position Responsibilities • Prepares sheet metal construction materials according to project design, layouts, blueprints or drawing. • Solders, rivets and seams a variety of metal products. • Operates power-cutting tools including metal forming machines, folders, shears, cutters, and crimpers. • Operates a computer-driven brake. • Travels to KRSM job sites to deliver and install sheet metal product on roofs. • Performs inventory controls for job materials. • Keeps work area clean and assists in making a safe working environment. • Operates a forklift. • Operates KRSM vehicles. • Lifts heavy objects. • Communicates and cooperates with foremen, project managers, supervisors and coworkers. Requirements • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds. • Able to lift, bend and cut sheet metal. • Stoop, crouch, bend, and step over obstacles. • Experience working on roofs of tall buildings, sloped roofs, stadiums, and general construction sites. • Carrying and climbing ladders. • Setting up and working on scaffolding. • Valid driver's license with a good, safe driving record. • Experience in operating a forklift. • High school degree or equivalent. • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

HVAC Installer and Service Technician

HVAC Installer and HVAC Service Tech Wages: In the Wheeling, WV, area, the minimum starting (if they are qualified journey level workers) wage for employees are:: • Residential HVAC Service Technician: $ 20.54 per hour plus benefits (plus on-call pay). • Residential HVAC Installer: $20.54 per hour plus benefits. • Commercial HVAC Service Technician: $35.52 per hour plus benefits (plus on-call pay). • Commercial HVAC Installer: $35.52 per hour plus benefits. HVAC Installer and HVAC Service Tech Benefits: Family Health Care: 80/20 plan in-network. $500 per person/$1,000 per family annual deductible. This is part of the pay package, and no money is deducted from your check to pay for it. Dental and Vision Insurance: Available. Retirement: From $6.84/hr. to $17.83/hr. (depending on experience/classification) contributed to two different retirement accounts for each hour worked. This is all in addition to your hourly pay. Vacation: Residential HVAC Installers and Residential HVAC Service Techs are eligible for vacation after 1 year. If you have worked as an installer, as a service technician, in maintenance or construction in the past or possess the skills to learn quick and are motivated to succeed then you will be a great fit in this role.
