Sheet Metal Mechanic (Mid-Senior Level)

Amuneal Manufacturing is seeking dedicated Mid-Senior Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our fast-paced, dedicated, and extremely talented team. Candidates should bring in a high level of excitement and punctuality. They will be responsible for performing set-up and production operations on projects of a wide variety, while maintaining standards for safety & quality. This role will operate on a 4 day, 10 hour work week of 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday. Responsibilities • Fabrication of precision sheet metal parts and assemblies. This could include any or all of the following activities: • Rolling • Operating automated welding equipment • Grinding welded seams • Working/Sizing parts to achieve dimensional specifications • In-process inspection of precision sheet metal parts and recording of measurement data for statistical analysis/process control purposes • Produce parts at a rate/pace that meets or exceeds expectations/standards • Log time and production activities accurately via our ERP system • Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with corporate values Qualifications • Strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills • Strong interpersonal skills and respect for others • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment • Desire to work in a fast paced, high volume, production environment • 2-5 years' experience in precision sheet metal manufacturing or machine shops • Experience operating sheet metal manufacturing equipment (i.e. rollers, press brakes, punch presses, spot welders, drill presses, manual milling machines, hardware insertion tools, etc.) • Experience in welding and grinding sheet metal parts • Ability to read engineering drawings • Experience measuring parts and inspecting your own work using various measuring devices (i.e. calipers, height gauges, protractors, etc.) • Basic computer skills • Ability to support 4x10 shift (6am-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs) This role offers a competitive salary in addition to inclusion in the company's profit sharing, 401K, medical, and dental programs. SHEET METAL MECHANIC LEADER (EXPERT)

You will serve as a SHEET METAL MECHANIC LEADER (EXPERT) in the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY to include work sites of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility.
