Objective: Function to produce parts to customer specifications in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities: • Operate equipment and complete setups as required. • Read and follow job instructions, including customer specifications. • Measure parts and ensure quality standards. • Complete accurate paperwork and communicate concerns. • Train others and lead improvements. • Perform assigned duties efficiently and produce defect-free products. Skills & Qualifications: • Safely set up and operate hydraulic presses. • Five years of Press Brake experience preferred. • Knowledge of tooling selection and installation. • Attention to detail and precision required. • Experience with AMADA Brakes is a plus. • Ability to read blueprints, perform math, and record data. • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections. • Detect faulty equipment or materials. • Follow safety and quality procedures. • Stand for long periods; proficient hand/foot coordination. • Strong communication and focus on quality. Physical Requirements: • Stand and move 95% of the time; occasional kneeling, squatting, or reaching. • Lift up to 40 lbs. (aids available for heavier items). • Close vision and steady hand coordination. Environmental Exposure: • Oil, grease, and noise levels up to 88 dB.
