Responsibilities: • Hours: 8 Hour Shifts | Monday - Friday | 40 Hours • Assemble and hang duct systems • Install accessories such as VAVs, fire dampers, and control dampers • Set hangers, roof curbs, and wall sleeves • Measure and cut sheet metal by hand or with tools • Understand and comply with applicable Building Code and Safety Rules • Follow blueprints to determine project requirements such as scope, assembly sequences, or required methods or material Fasten joints and seams with solder, welds, caulk, bolts, and metal driver clips • Install assemblies, including pipes, HVAC ducts, flashings, rain gutters, and furnace casings in a supportive framework Use hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file, and grind metal surfaces and joints of parts that have been assembled to ensure safety and a seamless appearance Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 5 years solid in the trades • OSHA-10 required (can be provided) • Ability to read and follow prints to layout, assemble, and install duct, flat roof, condensers and units • Ability to Perform on individual & Team assignments • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation • Prior experience in the Commercial Or Industrial Mechanical field (required) • Prior experience using With Commercial & Industrial Plumbing (preferred) • This position will require a drug screen & Background check TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
