Project Coordinator

We’re excited to invite a new Project Administrator to join our vibrant team and help us continue our legacy of success! • * As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in: ** Pre-Construction: · Requesting Assembly letters, engineering, shop drawings · Reviewing estimates, specifications, and drawings to compile accurate job specific submittals · Tracking and logging approved submittals · Registering warranties once submittals have been approved · Shop materials to achieve competitive pricing · Creating purchase orders and placing material orders-review/stage what can be taken from warehouse prior to placing orders with suppliers · Assist in creating job specific safety bucket to include job pertinent information Active Construction: · Communication with owners/General Contractors as needed · Assist Supers in answering questions about materials, deliveries, detail drawings, etc. Post-Construction: · Complete crew chief bonus spreadsheets quarterly · Entering workorders and track completion in software · Assist in distribution of returned materials for use on other projects/returns to suppliers · Tackling other tasks as they come up What We’re Looking For: · Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not required · Ability to lift 50 lbs · Ability to operate heavy machinery or willing to be trained · Comfort with computers (Windows) and proficiency in Office 365, including Excel and Word; a willingness to learn new software is crucial! · A team player who enjoys collaborating with others · A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required · Great written and verbal communication skills · Customer service experience is a plus · An organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment · Reliable transportation to get to and from work Why You'll Love Working Here: · Health, dental, and vision insurance to take care of you and your family · 401(k) retirement plans to help you save for the future · Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays so you can relax and recharge · Opportunities for advancement for those looking to grow their careers If you’re ready to join a company that values its employees and customers alike, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities • Provide on-site supervision and direction to the roofing crew, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. • Lead the crew in daily tasks, including tear-offs, diagnosing leaks, making repairs, and installing new shingles, waterproofing, and other roofing materials. • Inspect job sites and materials, ensuring all necessary tools and supplies are available for the crew. • Communicate with customers in a professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns and providing excellent customer service. • Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability Qualifications • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in shingle roofing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role. • Proven ability to manage a roofing crew and oversee projects from start to finish. • In-depth knowledge of shingle roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques. • Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA regulations. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. • Physical ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks.
