The Industrial Prep Worker is responsible for preparing parts by grinding, sanding, cleaning, coating, and masking parts as required. The Industrial Prep Worker will also help transport, stage, and pack parts as required by the schedule created by the 1st shift Paint Lead. Strong quality standards being met by following instructions and paying attention to detail is a consistent priority for the Industrial Prep Worker. What makes you successful in this position?
