Your Responsibilities: • Fabricate and assemble roof vents, curbs, and various sheet metal roofing accessories. • Work proficiently with aluminum sheet metal. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately. • Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools and machinery including hydraulic press brakes, power shears, and punch presses. • Inspect completed products for quality and specifications compliance. • Maintain a clean and safe working environment meeting company safety standards. • Collaborate with engineers and production staff to enhance fabrication processes. What You Bring: • A positive, can-do attitude! • A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating metalworking machinery, hydraulic press brakes, power shears, and punch presses. • Proficiency in reading blueprints. • A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. • Experience with maintenance and repair of stamping machines is a plus. • Familiarity with setting up presses with dies and air feeds for production is a plus.
