Required Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial systems. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications. • Expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing water, gas, and sewage systems. • Familiarity with local and state plumbing codes and regulations. • Experience with various tools and equipment, such as pipe cutters, threaders, and soldering tools. • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and supervisors. • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and handling tools for extended periods. • Safety-Oriented: In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. • Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction. • Technology Skills: Basic knowledge of mobile apps and work management software to track tasks and report on job progress. • Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to lead apprentices, work well within a team, and coordinate with other trades on larger projects. • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency calls, as needed. • Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 3 years of driving experience.
