Paid Time Off (PTO): Begins after 90 days of employment. The Opportunity: Eco is seeking experienced Plumbers to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems. This role offers a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus based on experience. Job Description: As a Plumber, you will install or diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. Focus on Service, Not Selling! Responsibilities • Complete all calls efficiently, troubleshoot malfunctions, and educate customers • Meet and exceed key performance requirements • Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job) • Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck • Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services • Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business • Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings • Knowledgeable about the company's mission, policies, and guarantees • Follow our service system and educate the customer on products and services • Perform physical activity in various climate conditions • 2-5 years of proven residential electrical experience with the desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today • Knowledge of local electric codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications • Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software • An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team • Valid Driver's License • Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening Physical Requirements • Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting • Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate • Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools • Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements) • Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE At Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians, you'll work with a great team that takes pride in "Saving the day, protecting the future" for its clients.
