Essential Duties: • Performs planned maintenance and inspections as indicated. • Diagnoses plumbing issues through observation, testing and setup. • Ensures timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork. • Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner. • Works on and completes all facility team-based goals. • Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests. • Other duties as required. Minimum Requirements: • Must possess Journeyman License as required by the position. • 5+ years of experience • Required boiler skills: planned maintenance. • Must be able to read schematics and blue prints. • Diagnostic ability as demonstrated through prior experience and/or training. • Performs as self-managed individual. • Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capability. • Demonstrates strong business ethics at all times.

Journeyman Plumbers

Position: Journeyman Plumber | Service We are seeking a full-time plumber, with at least a Journeyman’s license, to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing exceptional service to residential and commercial clients and be familiar with common repair and replacement service work. Experience in performing repairs on different piping systems, snaking and unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and installing fixtures like water heaters, is preferred. Additionally, this role will work with and develop lower-level apprentice plumbers.
