Who You Are Plumbing Technicians will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems in residential homes. You will accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate with clients the options and upgrades that increase safety and enhance the quality/health of life for homeowners. Essential Job Functions • Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues • Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues • Always explain to the customer what service you are performing and give exact prices & gain approval before doing the work • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services for the customer's needs and wants • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business • Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside • Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure overall success of the business • Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed • Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations Essential Job Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. Journeyman Plumber

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Plumbers who are looking to grow. The Journeyman is responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems and their associated components, and properly planning and laying out project work while completing projects in a safe and timely manner.
