We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain water, drainage, and heating systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment. • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems. • Read blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to determine plumbing requirements. • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems and advise clients on preventative maintenance. • Troubleshoot plumbing problems using advanced tools and techniques. • Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. • Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other tradespeople on construction or renovation projects. • Provide estimates and quotes for work to be performed. • Maintain inventory of plumbing materials and tools. • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls when required. Plumber

Skilled Trades Services is currently looking for Plumbers for the Cedar Rapids/ Iowa City/ Lynn County area. Iowa Plumbing license is a huge plus but now required. Must have at least 2 years of plumbing experience. This is Commercial work, New Construction and Renovation work. Will be working 40 plus hours, Monday- Friday with some Saturdays when needed. Background check and Pre-Employment drug screen required before starting. Paying $20-30.00 an hour depending on experience and Plumbing Licenses if available. Position does pay per diem if you are traveling over a 50 mile radius. Must have basic hand tools and PPE.
