Plumbing General Manager

Plumbing General Manager(Must have Iowa Plumbing License or grader(preferred Master License) Primary Purpose of Position The Plumbing Department General Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing all aspects of the plumbing department. Under the direction of the Branch General Manager(BM), this role oversees plumbing operations, drives growth, and ensures customer satisfaction while upholding company values and standards. Key Responsibilities Departmental Leadership & Management • Plan, direct, and control daily operations of the plumbing division. • Promote company core values and support strategic goals. • Lead by example and foster a collaborative, healthy, and performance-driven work environment. • Conduct weekly department meetings to review goals, performance, and expectations. • Develop team members and identify candidates for promotion. • Schedule and provide internal and external training to all plumbing personnel.
