Job Description We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisors to lead and coordinate our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures smooth operations by setting performance goals, organizing workflows, coaching employees, and solving production challenges while maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities: Production Leadership & Workflow • Set performance goals aligned with production schedules • Organize and delegate tasks clearly to the team • Monitor productivity and provide coaching and feedback • Identify and resolve production issues using PDCA methodology • Efficient management skills to improve the productivity of teams and work standards. Employee Development & Communication • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback • Foster cross-department collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Leadership • Ensure clear communication of expectations and procedures Compliance & Safety • Enforce company policies and legal requirements, including safety protocols • Take disciplinary actions as necessary to maintain standards Administrative Duties • Maintain accurate timekeeping and production records • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes Qualifications • 3+ years in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production • 5+ years of related experience in managing HVAC technicians. • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. • Education from college, trade school, or military. • Reliable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling several tasks. • Recognize a thorough understanding of the HVAC industry. • The ability to know local codes and to use available resources to find solutions. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC systems. • Oversee installation and retrofitting of new HVAC systems. • Manage inventory and order necessary parts and supplies. • Provide training and development for new and existing staff. • Collaborate with other departments to meet facility needs. Additional Information The Pay Range for this position is $35 - $38.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
