Key Responsibilities: • Project Leadership: Manage plumbing construction projects from initiation to closeout. • Subcontractor Management: Select, onboard, and oversee plumbing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Estimating & Budgeting: Develop accurate and competitive project estimates, manage project budgets, and track costs to ensure financial objectives are met. • Site Supervision & Quality Control: Travel to job sites as needed to monitor progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing regular updates and resolving any issues promptly. • Technical Oversight: Provide expert plumbing guidance and problem-solving on complex project challenges. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and closeout documents.
