HVAC Sales Technician

Overview CPI Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical LLC is looking for anHVAC Sales Technician to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs. What You'll Do: Repair and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions. Provide accurate pricing estimates and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Educate customers on HVAC system features, maintenance, and energy efficiency options. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads. Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance. Strong sales abilities with a customer-centric approach. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
