Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team. As a key member of Brackett Heating, Air & Plumbing, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, water heaters, and other equipment. • Diagnostic Services: Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations for repair or replacement. • Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor time, and any additional recommendations or follow-up required. • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to provide integrated services and enhance overall customer satisfaction. • Emergency Response: Be available for on-call emergencies and respond promptly to urgent plumbing issues as needed. Qualifications: • License: Valid plumber’s license in the state of Indiana. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber, with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing. • Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, understanding plumbing codes, and utilizing various plumbing tools and equipment. • Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently. • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks. Overview: Cabling & Jetting Technician will diagnose drain and sewer related plumbing issues and utilize light or heavy equipment to resolve the issue for our customers.
