Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction teams on-site. • Read and interpret blueprints and contracts to ensure project specifications are met. • Oversee the installation of pipeline systems and other construction elements. • Utilize HeavyBid software for project budgeting and estimating costs effectively. • Implement construction estimating techniques to manage project resources efficiently. • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. • Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules using Primavera software. • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are upheld. • Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, contract interpretation, and pipeline installation processes. • Proficiency in HeavyBid and Primavera software for budgeting and scheduling purposes is preferred. • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing project timelines and quality standards. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
