Job Summary We are looking for a hard working dedicated plumber, someone who has experience in working in this industry and wanting to work with 5 time awarding winning -Tristate's Best- plumbing company . Pay is competitive and based on experience must provide copy of license. All tools will be provided for you and van for transportation. Once hired you will work with a current employee until the auto insurance clears. This job will entail going to customers houses and making needed repairs on their plumbing. We are looking for someone that is hard working and highly motivated to grow with this company. Must be able to pass drug test and back ground check also be available to work on call nights and weekends when on-call. on call is roughly every 5 to 6 weeks comes with 2 hour minimum call out and 50$ bonus if calls are ran. Someone that is interested in overtime comes highly encouraged. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for installation and repairs. • Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as needed. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas for improvement. • Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met. • Provide maintenance person services as required, including carpentry and remodeling tasks. • Adhere to safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and working in various environments. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications • Proven experience in plumbing or related fields such as construction plumbing or HVAC. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. • Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols. • Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimates. • Experience with pipe threading techniques and assembly processes. • Valid commercial driving license is a plus for transportation of materials. • Previous maintenance person experience is desirable but not mandatory. • Must be able to lift heavy materials as required by the job.
