This is a temporary position for a property wide plumbing project. We are anticipating this job will take 3-5 months. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing systems, ensuring efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently or as part of a team on various construction sites. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, fittings, and water heaters. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Perform pipe threading and welding as needed for various projects. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. • Manage heavy lifting tasks associated with plumbing installations and repairs. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
