Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, construction, and maintenance person services. This role requires expertise in various plumbing systems, the ability to read and interpret schematics, and proficiency with power tools. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Perform pipe threading and soldering as necessary for installations. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. • Collaborate with other construction professionals on remodeling projects. • Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. • Perform heavy lifting as required for installations or repairs. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Experience • Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance person industry. • Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. • Experience with remodeling projects is a plus. • Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
