Plumbing/Maintenance Technician

Full-time Description Position Title: Plumber/Maintenance Technician - Full Time Overview: The Plumber/Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks across assigned equipment and facilities. This includes work related to plumbing, electrical systems, basic carpentry, HVAC, and other building infrastructure. Duties and Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. • Perform repairs and installations of plumbing fixtures and systems. • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. • Identify and inspect equipment or machinery requiring repair.
