DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Primary telephone contact for all customer interactions in extremely busy office including answering calls, setting sales and service appointments and following up with customers on a variety of issues. General office duties such as filing, working in excel and word to create and edit various documents, assisting in billing customers, registering customer equipment warranties and rebates and assisting in any areas as needed to help the company run smoothly. NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ETC • Knowledge in HVAC/Plumbing industry a huge plus but not required • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. • Skill in operating a personal computer and programs such as spreadsheets, database and word processing software • Skilled in verbal and written communications • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks throughout the scheduled work day. • Ability to perform accurate data entry • Customer focused with empathetic outlook • Reliable and punctual • Organized • Team oriented Phones are extremely busy and office is hectic especially in our busy seasons so must be able to handle fast paced environment and deal with customers effectively. Starting pay commensurate with experience.
