Operations Administrator - Georgia Division Nash Plumbing and Mechanical is seeking a reliable Office Administrator for our growing Georgia Division. This position will require typical administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks and working effectively with minimal supervision. They must be self-motivated and trustworthy. Responsibilities: • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies • Prepare agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for senior management • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.) • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures • Assist in creating material/equipment submittals • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary • Maintain financial records for Georgia projects in conjunction with Central Florida’s Operations Administrator • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned • Communication with Central Florida office personnel • Assist colleagues whenever necessary Requirements and Skills: • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles • Proficient with MS Office software • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times, stressful environment • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times #J-18808-Ljbffr
