This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global. Key Responsibilities • Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of mechanics and technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems. • Project Management: Ensure that projects are executed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals. • Quality Control: Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with industry standards, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or defects. • Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to discuss project objectives, progress, and any issues that arise during execution. • Safety Protocols: Implement safety protocols and conduct safety briefings to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure a safe working environment. • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on project progress, workforce productivity, and resource utilization to upper management. A Mechanical Foreman oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely while managing a team of technicians.
