The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory. We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience. Qualifications: • When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work. • Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below Responsibilities: • Maintain consistent communication with dispatch • Have a PL01 or PL02 License (preferred but not required) • Conducting plumbing service calls for residential and light commercial clients. • Diagnosing and resolving various plumbing issues, such as drain clogs, pipe leaks, and fixture problems. • Installing and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures, including water heaters and sump pumps. • Perform excellent customer service • Perform excellent quality work • Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle • Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies • Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with! Work environment: • Focus is on service and repair, rather than new construction. • Workdays may include regular meetings, such as on Tuesdays and Fridays. • A typical workweek is around 35 hours.
