Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. • Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing, including the installation of fixtures and appliances. • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues effectively. • Operate power tools and equipment safely while adhering to industry standards. • Weld pipes and fittings as necessary for various plumbing applications. • Execute construction plumbing tasks, including pipe threading and installation. • Read blueprints accurately to understand project specifications and layout designs. • Provide maintenance person services as needed, addressing various maintenance requests beyond plumbing. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems. Requirements • Proven experience as a Plumber with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and techniques. • Proficiency in remodeling tasks related to plumbing installations. • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools safely. • Experience with welding techniques for pipe fittings is preferred. • Familiarity with construction plumbing practices, including pipe threading. • Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. • Valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
