Mechanic will need to know basic maintenance for the facility. • Reports un-repairable equipment to the Maintenance Manager or authorized designee. • Provides on call and technical assistance for the repair of any equipment and utility system. • Assist with ordering of plumbing parts when necessary, help keep stock levels at an adequate level and organized. • Reviews all new projects and develops material list for all major renovations and construction jobs. • Assists with on the job training when assigned.
