Responsibilities: Daily: • Execute daily tasks based on drawings and specifications under the guidance of the Crew Lead. • Prioritize safety by performing stretch and flex exercises, wearing proper PPE, and logging work time accurately. • Adhere to the weekly work plan to meet project timelines. • Collaborate with the Crew Lead to adjust work plans based on daily changes and priorities. • Maintain COPPERA, LLC's quality standards in installations. • Uphold job site performance in terms of cleanliness, organization, appearance, task completion, and safety measures. • Organize and inventory materials and small tools, promptly alerting the Crew Lead as necessary. • Provide training to apprentices in plumbing materials and systems. Quarterly: • Participate in tracking skills against the Crew Lead Training program to ensure continuous learning and knowledge development.
