Responsibilities • Work within a team to accomplish goals in a safe and efficient process. • Read and understand diagrams, engineering drawings and designs. • Proven ability to operate general shop equipment including Grinders, Welders, Plasma Cutter, Hydraulic Press, Sanders, Overhead Crane, Auto Crane, Power Tools and other general shop equipment and tools. • Perform accurate and detailed measurements. • Ability to fabricate and assemble complex equipment to meet or exceed manufactures recommendations. • Ability to test and evaluate proper tolerances with all completed work. • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency without direct supervision. • Maintain a clean and organized working space. • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and balance a large work flow. Qualifications • Welding experience – Using Mig, Tig and Stick.
