About the position Responsibilities • Serve as the Camp Umatilla Operations and Maintenance plumber fulfilling all interior and exterior plumbing repairs, modifications, testing and operation. • Test back flow devices in accordance with applicable codes. • Use applicable tools to maintain water, sewer, storm and fire prevention systems. Requirements • A valid Oregon Plumber's License. • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. • Must have and maintain a favorable Criminal background History check. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable Department of Defense National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Suitability Determination (T1). • Must possess or obtain within 6 months of hire and maintain a backflow assembly tester certification. Nice-to-haves • Knowledge and use of computer systems that are used to operate building operating systems. • Ability to work from heights.
