About the Role At PSI, our Plumbers are responsible for installing piping systems, fixtures, and equipment in new residential and commercial construction projects. This includes work during the rough-in, top-out, and final trim stages of construction. What You’ll Do Install plumbing systems in new builds according to blueprints, building codes, and specifications Work on rough-ins, water and gas line installation, vent systems, and final trim outs Collaborate with site supervisors, contractors, and other trades to meet project timelines Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with local plumbing codes Bonus points if you hold an Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master License We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have 2+ years of plumbing experience, ideally in new construction environments Strong knowledge of construction site safety and plumbing installation best practices The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings An active Driver’s License Tech-savviness – comfort using tablets and job management software Relocation Package • Combination of sign-on bonus and coverage of moving expenses Working Conditions/Physical Demands • Must consider safety one’s primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements • To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls; hear, and talk • Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces • The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required • The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons Benefits and Perks: Plumbing Systems Inc.
