Desired Skills & Experience • Solid experience in rough framing (wood preferred; metal stud experience is a big plus). • Strong experience in siding installation. • Experience in interior remodeling (layout changes, repair work, renovation sequencing). • Experience in a multitude of flooring applications • Broad ability across multiple trades is highly valued. • Ability to work independently, solve problems on site, and stay productive without constant supervision. • Leadership experience or willingness to lead a small crew. • Reliable transportation and ability to work on job sites around Missoula and nearby areas. • Tools for your trade are a plus (especially for lead/sub roles). • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance are must-haves. • Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check. Pay & Structure Pay is based on: • depth of relevant trade experience • speed and quality of work • reliability and work ethic • ability to lead and problem-solve Subcontractors / independent crews are encouraged to apply. We’re open to hourly, day-rate, or bid-per-scope arrangements depending on fit and project needs. What We Offer • Relatively steady work with a growing local GC • Clear expectations and straightforward communication • Quality-first culture (no corner-cutting) • Opportunity to grow into long-term lead/foreman role • Respect for good craftsmanship and professionalism How to Apply Send a brief summary of your experience (or resume) and a couple project photos if you have them and upload a resume here.
