PRIMARY PURPOSE: • Lay building materials, such as brick, concrete block, stone, glass block, and terra-cotta block, to the highest quality for construction of walls and other structures. Requirements • Proven experience in masonry or related construction fields is essential. • Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques and knowledge of plastering methods is preferred. • Familiarity with construction estimating processes will be an advantage. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. • Experience with tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and welding is a plus. • Strong understanding of restoration techniques for existing structures is beneficial. • Previous experience working on construction sites is required; safety awareness is crucial. • Must possess good physical stamina as the role involves lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods. • A valid driver's license may be necessary depending on job site locations.
