This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. What You'll Do: As a Foreman, you'll lead and manage mechanical construction activities on job sites under the direction of a Superintendent or Project Manager. Youll be responsible for overseeing crews, promoting jobsite safety, and ensuring quality work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Organize and manage trade activities on mechanical construction job sites. Promote and enforce Green Mechanicals safety policies and procedures.
