Job Summary We are seeking experienced and versatile sub-contractors across all trades to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of specialized construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling and restoration to new builds, utilizing your expertise in multiple trades. Duties • Perform a variety of trade-specific tasks including carpentry, roofing, masonry, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting with precision and professionalism • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements • Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively • Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications • Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, and stucco finishes • Execute concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work with attention to detail • Apply caulking, plastering, welding, restoration techniques, and other specialized skills as needed • Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate work sequences and meet project deadlines • Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to all safety protocols Experience • Proven experience in multiple construction trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, drywall installation or related fields • Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, heavy equipment operation and fabrication techniques • Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus • Prior experience in construction inspection or quality control is advantageous • Ability to perform detailed concrete finishing, tile laying, plastering or restoration work effectively • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites Join us as a vital part of our skilled team!
