The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and construction, with the ability to work effectively on various projects. This role involves working with concrete to create smooth, durable surfaces and requires a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship. Duties • Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and grading. • Operate concrete mixers and other power tools to mix and apply concrete. • Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools, achieving desired texture and appearance. • Install rebar and other reinforcement materials as needed for structural integrity. • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements. • Collaborate with team members on construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed. • Perform heavy lifting as required during the pouring and finishing processes. • Maintain clean work areas and ensure all tools are properly stored after use. • Assist in restoration, renovation, or remodeling projects as necessary.
