Essential Functions: • Adhere to the company’s preventative maintenance program • Measure, mark, and arrange materials to establish layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors. • Cuts and shapes structures, forms, or other fixtures from wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall. • Install, maintain and repair areas, such as but not limited to, machinery, equipment, physical structures, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical systems in commercial property buildings • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of other facility equipment, ensuring that all company procedures have been adhered to • Perform general facilities work related to construction, repair, finishing, and installation of facility-related equipment using power and hand tools and other necessary equipment • Adhere to company safety programs, policies, and procedures.
