Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves various tasks on construction sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects ranging from renovations to new builds. All training provided. Duties • Assist in masonry installation, ensuring structures are built to specifications. • Perform general labor in coordination with masons for building exteriors. • Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. • Engage in hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. • Execute concrete forming tasks, preparing site for pouring concrete • Maintain cleanliness and organization on the construction site, adhering to safety protocols. Skills • Able to handle physically demanding job tasks. • Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential. Training provided. • Ability to perform concrete forming tasks accurately. Training provided. • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively are crucial for success in this role.
