You will use a variety of manual machine tools and balancing equipment for rotating machinery, while following service center safety procedures. CNC Lathe Operator

Accurate Machine & Tool Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC lathes to produce precision parts and instruments and should have additional skills in CNC milling, manual lathe operation, and welding. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to producing high-quality components efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC lathes, including adjustments and tool changes. Experience with CNC milling machines is a plus. • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production. • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications using precision measuring tools. • Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process. • Additional skills in manual lathe operation and welding are highly advantageous. • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company and safety standards. • Document production data and maintain logs of tasks performed. • Collaborate with the production team to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement. • Able to program and set up CNC Operations for production of components. • Analyze and interpret all blueprints and manuals for various CNC operations • Maintain knowledge on all G-code and M-code commands and perform modification on machines if required and ensure compliance to all specifications for all finished pieces. • Identify and replace all dull cutting tools and install and secure all tools for attachment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree from a technical school is preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machining operations and capable of reading blueprints and technical drawings. Additional skills in CNC milling, manual lathe operation, and welding are considered a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
