CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) to produce precision parts. • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. • Load raw materials and verify machine settings before and during operation. • Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and quality. • Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). • Maintain machines through routine inspection and basic maintenance tasks. • Identify and troubleshoot machine or tooling issues to minimize downtime. • Ensure parts meet tolerances and quality standards; complete required documentation. • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and resolve production issues. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following safety protocols.
