Job Overview We are seeking experienced Wind Turbine Technicians to join our Maintenance, Commissioning, and Evaluation (MCE) team or work as Trouble Shooters. As a FairWind Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Vestas wind turbines. We are looking for experience with the following: V100/110/116/120 for the 2MW platform and the V117/126/136/150/Enventus platform for the 4MW+ turbines. Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on wind turbines. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. • Commission new wind turbines, ensuring they meet operational standards. • Conduct troubleshooting to resolve turbine malfunctions and faults. • Collaborate with the control center to address and resolve issues promptly. • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed and parts used. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance turbine performance and reliability.
