Position: Sales & Account Management Role - Renewable Energy Job Description Clae Goldman Team is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Sales Associate to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers through door-to-door and retail channels. Responsibilities • Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door and retail channels. • Close Sales: Present and sell our community solar and third-party energy solutions to potential customers. • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Qualifications • Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred. • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. • Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets. • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Job Description WIND TURBINE CONTROL SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE IS A MUST HAVE!!! • Position will consist of delivering engineering support for both the P&EC laboratories in Salem, VA. • The laboratories will run testing for pitch systems, for electrical & control cabinets and for communications & sensors. • The support will include the development of test plans, the generation of test plan documentation for testing approval, working with lab personnel to get test approvals, the definition of parts and drawings for tests, hands-on testing according to the test plan and the creation of test reports and review with the P&EC engineers. Qualifications Requirements for this job: • Electrical Engineering degree. • Minimum 2 years design or operation experience with Wind Turbine’s pitch system. • Minimum 2 years operation experience with Mark VIe control system and Toolbox ST. • Minimum 1 year experience as a lab engineer.
