The Tech One Program (TOP) is a structured career development program for entry level wind technicians, built in partnership between industry leaders, Sky Climber Renewables and Vestas Americas. Job Summary: The TOP Wind Service Technicians will receive exclusive wind safety and technical training accredited through the Global Wind Organization (GWO). Primarily work at a wind site location near home. Work on a service team to achieve safe and efficient wind turbine maintenance. Reports directly to the Program Manager and Site Manager, and indirectly to the Lead Technician when on a job. Responsible for performing all preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbine generator equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery or components used mainly in power generation applications, turbines, and generators as directed. Is not certified to perform work inside any Cabinet/Controller without direct supervision by a certified Electrical Technician. Associate Asset Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Asset Manager will be responsible for financing reporting requirements, site lease administration, and landowner communication for operational utility-scale solar energy projects across the U.S. This is a full-time hybrid position located in Durham, North Carolina, reporting to the Asset Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversees compliance of all project-level contracts including PPA, O&M, and financing agreements. • Responsible for maintaining compliance will all regulatory, ISO, and jurisdictional requirements. • Provides support for creation of compliance and regulatory reporting. • Responsible for reporting related to financings (tax equity, construction, and perm debt), and PPA reporting. • Coordinate with accounting team to ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. • Preparing and tracking project-level annual operating budgets and reporting variances. • Coordinate with legal team on contract amendments as needed. • Oversees site lease administration payments/property tax matters/landowner communication. • Responsible for insurance administration and claim management related to projects and operational assets. • Collaborate with the operations team to complete analysis of underperforming solar plants and make recommendations to optimize asset performance. • Contribute to the development of processes and continuous improvement related to onboarding of projects, commissioning of new assets, and operational performance. • Support the commercial transition to Asset Management for new projects, contract administration, and compliance. • Other duties as assigned. Renewable Energy Solar Development Director - Central Region Location : Durham, NC (or Remote) Ecoplexus Inc. POSITION Lead the Company's project development activities in the U.S. Central region (focusing on ERCOT, MISO, and SPP market areas), working closely with senior management. This position will help coordinate interconnection, permitting, real estate, GIS, finance, origination, and engineering teams to achieve project and company goals. The position reports to the SVP, US Development & Origination. Duties and responsibilities include : • Management of regional project development activities including site acquisition, permitting and entitlement work, interconnection and transmission planning work, and revenue contract origination. • Recommend a portfolio investment strategy for the region for solar, wind and energy storage projects. Develop project and portfolio level budges and timelines. • Oversee one or more dedicated junior developers. Coordinate Company responses to utility and other entity requests for proposals. • Identify prospects for mergers and acquisitions and assist in diligence activities. Lead or participate in acquisition, joint development, divestiture, power purchase and other agreement negotiations. • Negotiate consulting agreements and manage consultants. • Assist in creation and maintenance of project reporting and management processes to optimize development spend and risk reduction across project portfolio. • Support Executive and Finance Teams during investor due diligence process • Provide regular updates to and Interact with the Executive Team and promptly raise concerns w hen they become apparent. • P rovide a smooth transition to the Ecoplexus operations team as projects progress to construction. Provide post-development support to the Ecoplexus operations team as necessary. • Employee may be provided with additional responsibilities based on mutual agreement of both the Employee and Company. REQUIREMENTS 6+ years; experience with wind, solar, or thermal energy development required. Experience in the U.S. Central region is preferred. BA / MBA / JD - finance, law, or energy business related preferred. Proven experience in successfully developing and bringing online large scale solar, wind, and / or energy storage projects in the United States is required.
