The Tech One Program (TOP) is a structured career development program for entry level wind technicians, built in partnership between industry leaders, Sky Climber Renewables and Vestas Americas. Job Summary: The TOP Wind Service Technicians will receive exclusive wind safety and technical training accredited through the Global Wind Organization (GWO). Primarily work at a wind site location near home. Work on a service team to achieve safe and efficient wind turbine maintenance. Reports directly to the Program Manager and Site Manager, and indirectly to the Lead Technician when on a job. Responsible for performing all preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbine generator equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery or components used mainly in power generation applications, turbines, and generators as directed. Is not certified to perform work inside any Cabinet/Controller without direct supervision by a certified Electrical Technician. Associate Development Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Development Project Manager will be responsible for assisting and/or developing utility-scale renewable energy projects to include wind energy, solar energy, and battery storage across the U.S. This is a full-time development position located in Durham, North Carolina, with up to 35% of travel required. This position reports to a Sr. Development Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate key phases of solar and battery storage project development for pre-NTP projects, including but not limited to site control, project zoning, project permitting, due diligence studies, and utility interconnection. • Assist with the preparation of materials and frequent reports, communicating project status, and participating in internal and external meetings associated with project development. • Engage and manage external consultants and advisors as needed for various project development activities (permitting, land, legal, engineering, transmission, regulatory, etc.). • Assist the internal team in reviewing project feasibility, project budgets, and development schedules. • Assist with project-level expenditures, work with the accounting team to get expenses processed in a timely manner, and reconcile expenses with the project budget. • Support work with governmental agencies, community groups, and landowners to facilitate development efforts. • Support finance, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to facilitate successful project construction and financial closings. • Other duties as assigned. POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Interconnection Engineer will support interconnection analysis, applications, and power systems studies while developing expertise in utility-scale renewable energy projects. This position will report to the Vice President of Interconnection and Transmission and work directly with the Development team. This is a full-time position based in our Durham office.
