The individual we are looking for require a minimum of 5 years of demonstratable experience negotiating leases in the Renewable Energy Sector. Must be able to explain how Solar Energy development works thoroughly. • Must understand Solar lease agreements, typical lease duration, the infrastructure involved, typical payment schedules, etc. • Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners, local government officials, and agencies. • Represents client and self with professionalism and integrity. Job Description The Director of Estimating for Apex Clean Energy, specializing in renewable energy is responsible for leading the estimating function for utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Engineering and Pre-Construction, this role ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates that drive successful project budgets and execution in the renewables sector.
