Wellfield Technician II - Winston-Salem, NC

About the position Responsibilities • Perform operations and maintenance of the landfill gas collection system including taking gas reads, tuning, inspecting, and repairing LFG wellheads and piping. • Proactively work with landfill partners to operate and maintain the GCCS work and optimize performance and increase efficiency. • Possess proficiency with MS Office Suite products, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel. • Strictly follow and enforce Company safety policies and administer Company policies and procedures. • Regulate and monitor wellhead and header pressure or vacuum. • Regulate wellhead and header gas temperature. • Maintain wellfield records and input data to GCCS monitoring and management software. • Collect and manage data entry from wellfield extraction and environmental monitoring locations. • Assist with coordinating contractor activities. • Follow job-related health and safety requirements and procedures. • Be available for on-call response to GCCS related malfunction events. Requirements • High School Grad / GED • Experience: 1.5+ years • Valid Driver's License (NON CDL) Nice-to-haves • Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
